If you're interested in purchasing one of our in stock items, please fill in the form below. Once we have received your form, you will be sent a second email with the final price, including shipping and taxes, and instructions on how to enter your payment information. If you are located within driving distance of the job, and would prefer to pick the item up yourself, that is fine, just please let us know in the space provided.

There are some tables where the glass has not yet been purchased, if you would like us to purchase the glass for you, please let us know, and we will find out the cost for you. Please be aware that glass is hard to ship, so as a courtesy to our customers we would be happy to find a glass cutting place in your area.
